Good Morning From Orlando!

For much of the world, Orlando, Florida, is a great tourist destination.

For me, however, Orlando has been home since 2001. And it’s far more than theme parks and other fun attractions. Orlando is also bastion of lovely scenery, all finely crafted by our Heavenly Father.

I take hour-long walks every morning (6 days a week), and love meditating on God’s beauty. Just wanted to share some of it with you, as well as a few inspiring Scriptures.

“In the morning, Lord, You will hear my voice; In the morning I will present my prayer to You and be on the watch” (Psalm 5:3).

“It is good to give thanks to the Lord and to sing praises to Your name, Most High; To declare Your goodness in the morning and Your faithfulness by night” (Psalm 92:1-2).

“One thing I have asked from the Lord, that I shall seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the Lord And to meditate in His temple” (Psalm 27:4).

“Splendor and majesty are before Him, Strength and beauty are in His sanctuary” (Psalm 96:6).

“The heavens tell of the glory of God; And their expanse declares the work of His hands” (Psalm 19:1).

“The voice of the Lord is on the waters; The God of glory thunders, The Lord is over many waters” (Psalm 29:3).

Praise God for His glory and beauty — especially that which is reflected in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
